One part of our website that we are particularly proud of (in addition to our blog posts!) is the Patient Success Story page. This is where we post the photos and comments from patients who have recently visited our practice. A patient decides
This week’s featured patient is Laurie Eaks. Our team is so happy and proud of the compliments she gave us after leaving our office with a brand new smile. Laurie’s story is special because of who she is, and the honesty with which she confronted her dental issues. She didn’t like her smile, and she wasn’t sure what to do about it. We listened to her concerns and showed her the true condition of her teeth, not just cosmetically, as viewed when she smiled, but also deep inside her mouth, through the live video provided by the intraoral camera.
The beautiful outcome
We worked with Laurie to explore her options and to match these with her personal situation, her objectives for her oral health, and her preferences for her appearance. We know that these decisions involve many considerations from cosmetic to financial, and even perhaps scheduling in time for a special occasion. We respect and support each patient’s decisions as they go through the process of changing their smile. The true fulfillment for our team comes when we see that smile revealed for the first time in the mirror in our office. The icing on the cake is the feedback we get about how the experience exceeded our patient’s expectations and the sincere compliments they receive from family and friends.
