Mary Katherine Ward moved from Gastonia to Greensboro with her husband, David, and her two young sons in 1966. She started working with Dr. Hyman as a full time receptionist in 1992, and in 2005 she made the transition to a part-time position with responsibility for managing accounts payable.

Mary Katherine and David enjoy spending time working in their garden and have started traveling a bit. They recently spent time in Italy which was “a wonderful experience for both of us!”

Mary Katherine enjoys her time at the practice very much and says, “Dr. Hyman is the most wonderful, generous employer. He always makes me feel welcome when I come into the office, and I am always motivated to work to the very best of my ability. It’s energizing and fulfilling!”
