Patti McDonald grew up “in too many places! My dad was in the Air Force and also in the restaurant biz so we moved a lot!” But North Carolina is now definitely her home – “Go Wolfpack! My family is Wolfpack all the way. I enjoy being one of the few team members that wears Red with pride!” Patti is the first person most people encounter when they visit the practice – greeting everyone with a hello and a big smile. She has worked with Dr. Hyman for over five years.

Patti and her husband, Mark, are the proud parents of two lovely daughters, Erica (son-in-law Adam) and Maggie. She spends as much time as possible with her family and going to NC State games and is very active in her church, First Christian Church.

Patti has a passion for unique earrings that she admits can be dangerous! The life lessons she has taught her daughters are to always be positive and treat others as they would want to be treated.
